SHIPPING POLICY

Young Inglewood Vineyards (VENN) takes protection of your wine seriously. With an uncompromising focus on quality and excellence, we will take care of your wine to the best of our ability while it is in our possession.

Shipping is calculated by weight of the package and distance to ship.

An Adult Signature (21+) is required upon delivery. If an adult (21 years or older with proper identification of age) is not available to receive your wine, additional attempts to deliver will be made. If these attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to the distribution center it originated from, resulting in additional shipping costs.

Our shippers cannot deliver to a PO box. We strongly recommend delivery of wine shipments to a business, rather than a home address. Deliveries are much more likely to succeed at a business as there is usually an adult to take the package during delivery hours.

When the common carrier takes possession of your wine order, responsibility for the wine transfers to you as the purchaser. In the event you miss your delivery of wine, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and make new arrangements. In the event your wine is returned, it is your responsibility to make new arrangements for your wine to be shipped. New shipping charges will apply. If this missed delivery results in your cancelling your order, the cancelled order policy applies as noted.

Young Inglewood Vineyards (VENN) is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment.

Shipping laws vary widely from state to state. VENN cannot ship to AR, DE, IN, KS, KY, ME, MS, NH, NJ, RI, or UT.

RETURN POLICY

It is your responsibility to care for the wine once it has left the estate and/or carrier facility. Young Inglewood Vineyards (VENN) is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment.

All sales of VENN wine are final and if you feel that you have received wine that is not up to our standards, please contact vennservice@younginglewood.com or call 707-200-4572.
